Has a part failed on your vehicle and you want to confirm whether it is covered under the 2 year component manufacturers warranty, has your engine a suspected fault or has inconsistent tuning or a speed controller that has stopped working? The manufacturers of all of our brands develop their products to the highest standards to guarantee your satisfaction. If you do though come across a problem that you cannot resolve then additional to the support of the manufacturer, you also have the peace of mind that here in After Sales Care we have designated engineers to deal with your returns quickly and efficiently with minimal disruption to your enjoyment. If you want to return an item back here for investigation please contact the ASC Department by completing the form below. All returns have to be pre-authorised by ASC to ensure that we are resolving your problem in the most efficient way possible.
